Hey everyone, so I started taking these multivitamin gummies about a month ago because I'm a parent of two toddlers and my sleep has been absolutely wrecked. I was hoping they'd help me get some better rest, but honestly I haven't noticed much difference in my sleep yet. BUT here's the weird thing - my skin has been looking way better! I used to get these dry patches on my cheeks and forehead, and they've basically cleared up. Anyone else experience something like this? I'm not complaining, just surprised!

BioBob886 that's interesting! I travel constantly for work and started taking gummy multivitamins about 3 months ago. I was actually hoping they'd help with energy levels since I'm always jetlagged. Didn't really notice an energy boost, but my stress levels have definitely gone down. I used to get super anxious before client meetings, and now I feel way more chill. Maybe it's the B vitamins? I'm not a doctor but I'll take it lol. What brand are you using?

OMG this is such a common experience! As a wellness influencer, I've tested SO many gummy vitamins. The skin benefits you're noticing BioBob886 are probably from the Vitamin C and E - they're amazing for collagen production and skin hydration. And KetoKevin627, you're right about B vitamins for stress! They help regulate neurotransmitters. I always tell my followers that gummy vitamins can have unexpected benefits because they're often formulated with synergistic ingredients. Have either of you checked if your gummies have adaptogens like ashwagandha? That could explain both effects!

KetoKevin627 I'm using the Nature's Way Alive ones - they were on sale at Costco lol. KetoKevin414 that makes sense! I just checked the bottle and they do have Vitamin C and E. Maybe I should keep taking them even if they don't help my sleep much? The skin thing is a nice bonus. Do you think I should add something else specifically for sleep? I'm still exhausted chasing these kids around all day 😴

BioBob886 I feel you on the exhaustion! I use the SmartyPants ones because they're easy to pack. KetoKevin414 thanks for the info! Mine don't have adaptogens but they do have a good B complex. Maybe I'll look for ones with ashwagandha next time. BioBob886 - maybe try magnesium gummies for sleep? I've heard those work well. But hey, if your skin is better and you're less stressed (in my case), that's still a win right?
