Hey all, I've been taking these new multivitamin gummies for about a week now (the ones with the purple lid, berry flavor). They seem fine, but I've been having super vivid dreams every night since I started. Like, I'm talking epic saga dreams with detailed plots and everything. Last night I dreamed I was a detective solving a crime in a candy factory. It was wild. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it the gummies or am I just losing it? lol

Vivid dreams are actually a known side effect of certain B vitamins, especially B6 and B12. Some people report it. It's not harmful, but if it's disrupting your sleep, you might want to take them earlier in the day. I've been biohacking my stack for years and I've seen this come up. Also, check if your gummies have melatonin in them? Some multivitamins sneak it in. But if it's just a multivitamin, it's likely the Bs. Or maybe you're just more aware of your dreams because you're sleeping better? Either way, not a big deal. Just monitor it.

I work night shifts so my sleep is already messed up, but I started taking those same gummies last month and yeah, my dreams got crazier. I dreamed I was fighting a bear with a rubber chicken. But I also switched to a new brand of coffee, so who knows. I just roll with it. As long as I'm not sleepwalking, it's all good. Maybe try taking them in the morning? That's what I do.

Med student here. While vivid dreams aren't a classic side effect of multivitamins, certain ingredients like B6 can influence dream recall and intensity. Also, if you're taking them close to bedtime, the absorption might peak during REM sleep. It's generally benign. But if you notice other symptoms like nausea, rash, or changes in urination, see a doc. Otherwise, enjoy the free entertainment! Your candy factory detective dream sounds awesome.

Thanks everyone! Good to know I'm not alone. I'll try taking them in the morning instead of at night and see if that helps. And yeah, maybe I'll keep a dream journal just for fun. The candy factory detective might need a sequel! 😂
