THREAD: Traveling with NAC gummies - do they melt? TSA rules?Started by OP

Hey everyone! I'm about to head out on a trip that involves a plane ride, a road trip, and some hiking. I take NAC gummies daily and don't want to miss them. Has anyone traveled with these? Do they melt in heat? What are TSA rules for supplements? Any storage tips? Thanks!

Blessings, traveler! I always carry my NAC gummies when journeying—vital for liver support and glutathione production. They can soften in heat, so avoid leaving them in a hot car. I store mine in a small insulated pouch with a cool pack. TSA generally allows supplements in carry-ons, but keep them in original packaging to avoid questions. Safe travels and may your energy be balanced!

Ugh, I tried taking gummy vitamins on a road trip last summer and they turned into a sticky mess in the glove box. My kids were disappointed. Honestly, maybe just skip them while traveling? Or switch to capsules if it's that important. TSA doesn't care about vitamins, but melted gummies are gross to clean up. Just my two cents as a mom who's dealt with enough messes!

Bro, I take NAC gummies for recovery after CrossFit sessions—key for antioxidant support. When I travel, I throw them in my gym bag. Never had melting issues, but I don't leave them in direct sun. TSA is chill; I've flown with them multiple times no prob. Pro tip: put them in a ziplock baggie just in case they get sweaty. Stay shredded!

As a marathon runner, I'm on the road a lot for races. NAC helps my respiratory health big time. I store gummies in a cool, dark place like a hotel mini-fridge if available. For hiking, keep them in an insulated pocket of your backpack. TSA allows them, but I once had an agent ask to inspect—no big deal. Happy trails and keep breathing easy!
