THREAD: Started omega-3 gummies for sleep, but wow... unexpected side effect!Started by RootRose427

Hey all, so I've been taking these omega-3 gummy vitamins for about 3 weeks now. I got them mainly because I read they could help with sleep quality—I'm a night owl who's always tinkering with gadgets until 2 AM, and my sleep schedule is a mess lol. But here's the weird thing: I haven't really noticed much difference in sleep yet, BUT my skin is looking way clearer and less dry! Like, I used to have these random breakouts and now they're just... gone? Has anyone else experienced this instead of what they were aiming for?

RootRose427, that's awesome! Omega-3s are a staple in my keto diet—they're great for reducing inflammation, which might explain your skin improvement. I take them for joint health since I'm heavy into weightlifting, but yeah, they can have all sorts of benefits. Maybe pair them with some collagen if you want to boost that skin effect even more? Just a thought from a keto believer here ;)

Totally get the surprise benefit thing! Reminds me of back in the day when I tried those old-school fish oil capsules—gross, but they did wonders for my mood. I'm more into blogging about retro stuff now, but I still take omega-3 gummies for memory support (nostalgia requires a sharp mind, haha). Your experience sounds legit; sometimes supplements work in mysterious ways. Maybe track it in a journal like we used to do with paper diaries?

Omg, I need to try this! As a caffeine addict (3 coffees a day, no shame), my skin gets so dehydrated and stressed. If omega-3 gummies can help with that, I'm sold. Do they have any caffeine-like energy boost though? Asking for a friend... kidding, it's me. But seriously, which brand are you using? Might add them to my morning routine alongside my espresso.
