Okay, I need to vent. I just checked the label on my 'adult' gummy vitamins and there's 5g of added sugar per serving! What's the point of taking supplements if they're basically candy? I'm trying to stay fit and avoid empty calories, not add more sugar to my diet. Anyone else frustrated by this?

Totally agree, Olivia. As someone on paleo, I avoid processed sugars like the plague. The whole gummy trend feels like marketing to people who can't swallow pills. Real supplements shouldn't need to taste like dessert. Have you tried switching to powder forms? I mix collagen and greens powders into my morning smoothie - no sugar, just nutrients.

I get where you're coming from, but as someone working night shifts, convenience is huge. After 12 hours, I just want to grab my gummies and go to bed. Pills make me nauseous on an empty stomach, and powders require mixing when I'm exhausted. The sugar isn't ideal, but it's better than skipping supplements entirely. Any low-sugar gummy brands you'd recommend?

Steve, I feel you on the convenience, but 5g is like a teaspoon of sugar! Zack's powder idea is solid - you could pre-mix single servings in small containers? I've seen some sugar-free gummies with stevia, but they often have weird aftertastes. Honestly, I might just go back to capsules and deal with the swallowing.

Steve - check out brands that use monk fruit or erythritol instead of sugar alcohols (those can upset your stomach). But really, powders are where it's at for purity. Olivia's pre-mix idea is smart! I do that for travel. The supplement industry needs to stop candy-fying health products. We're adults, not kids refusing medicine.
