Hey all! I'm looking to get a 'health pack' of gummies for my dad (he's 60, active but could use joint support) and for my friend who's obsessed with fitness. Any recommendations for specific gummies that work well? I'm thinking maybe something with collagen for dad and maybe protein or energy gummies for my friend. What do you all think?

I've tried a ton of gummies, and taste matters big time. For your dad, check out the 'ArthriFlex' gummies - they have decent joint support and actually taste like berries, not medicine. For your friend, maybe 'Energize Me' gummies - they have caffeine and B12, but they're a bit tart. If he likes sour, that's a win. But honestly, always check the sugar content - some are basically candy.

Oh, I love this! I gave my mom collagen gummies last year and she swears by them - her nails are so strong now! But for joint support, I'd recommend 'FlexiGlow' - they have turmeric and glucosamine, and they're not too sweet. For your friend, maybe a multivitamin gummy like 'Complete 40+' that covers everything, but if he's really into performance, check out 'BeetBoost' gummies - they help with endurance and taste like cherry! Just make sure he doesn't take them too close to a workout if they have caffeine.

I'm all about fasting and clean supplements. For your dad, I'd suggest 'Joint Ease' gummies with vitamin D3 and K2 - important for bone health as we age. But watch out for added sugars. For your friend, maybe skip the protein gummies (they're a gimmick) and go for a good omega-3 gummy like 'BrainWave' - helps with recovery and brain health. Also, if he's intermittent fasting, make sure the gummies don't break his fast - some have calories. I'd love to hear what you end up picking!

Thanks for the suggestions! I like the idea of 'Joint Ease' and 'BeetBoost' - those sound solid. I'll check the labels for sugar and calories. Also, does anyone know if these are available in a combo pack or something? Would be easier for gift giving. 😅
