Hey everyone! Just came across this article about the top 15 prenatal vitamins for 2025. I know we're all about gummies here, but thought it'd be interesting to see if any of the ones listed are actually gummies. I've been taking the SmartyPants prenatal gummies and they're pretty good, but always open to switching if there's something better. What do you all think? Here's the link: [link]

I've been using the Nature Made prenatal gummies for my wife (she's pregnant, I'm just here for the community vibes). They have DHA and folic acid, which are crucial. The article mentions a few brands like Ritual and One A Day, but I'm not sure if they have gummy versions. I think consistency is key - as long as you're getting the nutrients, form doesn't matter that much. Just my two cents.

I'm not pregnant or anything, but I've been looking into prenatal gummies because I heard they're good for hair and nails? 😅 Anyway, the article seems to focus on pills, but I've seen some vegan gummies like the MaryRuth's ones. They have methylfolate which is better for absorption. Does anyone know if the ones listed are non-GMO? I try to stay organic.

Okay, but can we talk about the sugar content in gummies? I tried the vitafusion prenatal gummies and they're basically candy. I switched to a powder because I'm trying to reduce sugar. But I get it, gummies are more convenient. The article says 'best' but I think it's subjective. I'd rather see a list of gummies specifically, lol.
