Hey everyone, I'm a bit worried about my prenatal gummies. I've been taking them for about a month, but I just opened a new bottle and they look different. Some have white spots on them (like sugar bloom?), others are sticking together in clumps, and a few feel harder than usual. They're not expired - date is still good. Has anyone else had this happen? Are they still safe to eat? I don't want to waste them but I'm pregnant so I'm extra cautious.

We called the pharmacist and they said not to take them if texture changed significantly - something about the active ingredients possibly breaking down. Please don't risk it for you or the baby!
