THREAD: New prenatal gummy from TopGum - OMG3! Thoughts?Started by OP

Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting for our prenatal discussions. # TopGum Debuts Prenatal Omega-3 Gummy, OMG3!
The prenatal supplement market continues to evolve with consumer preferences, and a notable new entry aims to address a common challenge for expecting mothers who struggle with swallowing pills or dislike fishy aftertastes. What do you all think? Anyone tried it or have thoughts on omega-3s in gummy form?

Interesting development! As a biohacker, I'm always skeptical of gummy delivery systems. The bioavailability of omega-3s (especially DHA) in gummy form vs. traditional softgels needs scrutiny. What's the DHA/EPA ratio? Are they using algal oil or fish oil? And what about the sugar content - most gummies have added sugars that might not align with optimal prenatal nutrition. I'd need to see the full ingredient list and third-party testing before recommending this to my wife.

omg i love gummies lol they make taking vitamins feel less like a chore? but like does this have that fishy taste? cuz i tried regular omega3 before and it made me nauseous during my first trimester meditation was hard enough without that 😅 also wondering if theres any adaptogens in it? like ashwagandha for stress? expecting moms need all the calm vibes we can get!

CrossFit junkie here - my wife's 20 weeks pregnant and crushing WODs modified of course. She's been taking Nordic Naturals prenatal DHA but hates the pills. This gummy could be game-changer IF the nutrition profile stacks up. Need to check: protein content? Any added BCAAs? And most importantly - is it NSF Certified for Sport? Can't have anything questionable with baby on board. Also, does it interfere with creatine absorption? Asking for a friend.
