Hey everyone, I've been taking probiotic gummies for a few months now and I'm obsessed with the strawberry flavor from my current brand - it's sweet but not too artificial tasting. But the orange flavor from the same brand? Absolutely terrible, tastes like medicine! I'm about to run out and want to try something new. What's the consensus on the best probiotic gummy flavor out there? Looking for recommendations!

As someone on keto, I feel you on flavor struggles! Most gummies are loaded with sugar, but I found a brand with mixed berry flavor that's sweetened with stevia. Tastes pretty decent and doesn't kick me out of ketosis. Just check the carb count - some 'healthy' gummies are sneaky with their sugar content!

From a medical perspective, flavor preference is subjective but important for adherence! I've seen studies showing people are more consistent with supplements they enjoy. Personally, I prefer citrus blends - they often mask any probiotic aftertaste better. Have you tried lemon or tropical mixes? The acidity might work better for your palate than straight orange.

As someone who photographs nature (and eats a lot of berries in the wild!), I'd recommend looking for brands with real fruit extracts rather than artificial flavors. The raspberry-pomegranate blend I take tastes like summer! Maybe avoid citrus if you didn't like orange - sometimes they use similar flavor bases. Try something with berry mixes or even peach!
