Hey everyone! I'm trying to find some good sea moss gummies to give as gifts - one for my dad who's in his 70s and starting to have joint issues, and another for my friend who's super into fitness and always looking for natural supplements. I've seen a ton of brands online but not sure which ones are actually good. Anyone have experience with these? Looking for something that actually works, not just hype. Thanks!

Great question! Sea moss gummies are having a moment right now. For your dad, I'd recommend OceanWell Elderberry Sea Moss Gummies - they have added turmeric and ginger for inflammation, plus the elderberry is great for immune support. For your fitness friend, check out FitFuel's Performance Sea Moss blend - it has added electrolytes and B vitamins. I've tried both and can confirm they're legit. Just make sure to check the ingredient list for fillers - some brands load them up with sugar!

Honestly, I make my own! It's way cheaper and you control exactly what goes in. I harvest Irish moss from the coast (sustainably!), blend it with agar agar for gelling, and add local honey instead of sugar. For your dad, I'd add some powdered ginger and turmeric. Takes about an hour and you get like 3 months worth. I can share my recipe if you want - it's super simple and way more potent than store-bought.

Yo, I've been taking sea moss gummies for 6 months now. The FitFuel ones GummyGuru mentioned are solid - I take them pre-workout. But honestly, the effects are subtle. Don't expect miracles. They're good for overall wellness but not gonna replace proper nutrition. For your gym friend, maybe pair them with a good protein powder? My gym buddy swears by the Athletic Greens sea moss blend but it's pricey af.

I'm more about the sourcing aspect. When I photograph coastal areas, I see how sea moss is harvested. Look for brands that use sustainable wild-harvested Irish moss, not farmed. The wild stuff has more nutrients. There's a small brand called Coastal Harvest that does single-origin gummies from clean waters in Maine. They're a bit more expensive but the quality shows. Your dad might appreciate the artisanal aspect too - I gave some to my parents and they loved the story behind them.
