Okay, I need to vent and maybe get some advice. I started giving my 4-year-old sea moss gummies for immune support (pediatrician approved). The first day, he DEVOURED them and asked for more 'candy.' I had to explain they're vitamins, not treats. Now he's suspicious and refuses them unless I hide them in his yogurt. Meanwhile, my husband tried one and said the texture was 'slimy' and 'weird'—he won't take them either! Anyone else dealing with picky eaters (kids or adults) with these gummies?

LOL, my wife had the same issue with our kids! We got a smart pill dispenser that locks and only opens at set times—it beeps and lights up. The kids think it's a cool gadget and race to get their 'special treat' when it goes off. For your husband, maybe try a different brand? Some have a firmer texture. I've tested a few with my tech scale—the ones from 'OceanWell' are less slimy, more like gummy bears. Just don't tell him I called it 'tech testing' haha.

Bro, I feel you on the texture thing—I'm picky with my supps too. Sea moss is great for recovery after CrossFit, but the gummies can be hit or miss. I switched to powdered sea moss in my post-workout shake. No texture issues, and I can dose it precisely. For your kid, maybe mix the powder into a smoothie? Less 'candy' association. Also, props for trying to boost immunity—gotta keep the little ones healthy for future gym buddies!

Thanks, both! JoyfulJack532, that pill dispenser sounds genius—my kid would love the lights. I'll check out OceanWell too. NootropicNoah, powder in a smoothie might work for my husband, but my toddler detects 'green stuff' instantly lol. Maybe I'll blend it with frozen berries. Appreciate the tips! Anyone else have funny stories? My neighbor's dog once ate a whole bottle of gummies—thankfully they were pet-safe, but the vet said it was a 'very regular' week for the pup.
