THREAD: Sea Moss Gummies on sale at Costco - too good to be true?Started by KetoKevin956

Hey everyone, just spotted a huge sale on Sea Moss Gummies at Costco - like 40% off the usual price! I'm all about those keto-friendly supplements, but this seems suspiciously cheap. Anyone know if the lower price means they're cutting corners on quality? Or is this just a legit steal I should stock up on?

KetoKevin956 - First, check if they're actually vegan! Some gummies use gelatin (animal-based). If they're plant-based and on sale, it might just be Costco's bulk pricing. I've seen them discount seasonal items. But yeah, always scan the ingredients - sometimes cheaper versions add fillers or artificial stuff. If it's clean, grab 'em!

Ooh, I use sea moss for recovery after long runs! At Target last month, I found a sale brand that was watery and less potent - total waste. Maybe compare the nutrition labels? Costco's Kirkland brand is usually decent, but if it's a no-name, might be risky. Let us know the brand!

Sugar alert! Many cheap gummies load up on sugar or syrups. Check the carbs - if it's high, that's why it's cheap. I'd say skip if it's not sugar-free or low-carb. Not worth the blood sugar spike, even on sale. Look for stevia or monk fruit sweeteners instead.

Thanks all! It's the 'OceanVital' brand at Costco - label says vegan and only 2g net carbs per serving, sweetened with erythritol. Sounds like a steal then? Might grab a few jars. Appreciate the heads-up on fillers and sugar, FloraFinn121 and GreenGreg281!
