Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting: 'Sea Moss Has a Hold Over TikTok, Here's Why' (link). Basically, it talks about how sea moss gummies are blowing up on TikTok lately. The article says they're trending as a supplement for all sorts of benefits. Has anyone here tried them or have thoughts on this trend? Curious what the community thinks!

As a nature photographer, I've actually seen sea moss in its natural habitat along rocky coastlines—it's fascinating stuff! The vibrant colors and textures are incredible to capture. That said, I'm skeptical about turning it into gummies. Nature provides it raw for a reason, and processing might strip away some of its natural benefits. Has anyone checked if these TikTok brands use sustainable harvesting methods? Would hate to see ecosystems damaged for a trend.

omg i saw this on my feed last night during my shift! as a night shift worker, i'm always looking for energy boosts that won't mess with my sleep. sea moss gummies sound tempting, but i'm worried about the sugar content—some brands pack them with sweeteners. does anyone know of a low-sugar option? also, do they actually help with energy or is it just hype? need something to get me through those 3am slumps lol.

CrossFit junkie here—I'm all about optimizing performance and recovery. Sea moss is rich in minerals like iodine and magnesium, which could support thyroid function and muscle health. But not all gummies are created equal! Check the label for fillers or artificial junk. I'd recommend pairing it with a balanced diet, not relying on TikTok trends alone. Anyone tried these pre- or post-workout? Curious if they make a difference.

Taste-focused foodie chiming in! I tried a few brands of sea moss gummies last month. Some were way too gelatinous or had a weird aftertaste—like chewing on seaweed candy (not in a good way). Found one with a hint of citrus that's actually palatable. Texture matters, people! If it doesn't taste good, you won't stick with it. OP, maybe we could compile a list of the tastiest options? Also, are there any flavor combos you've seen on TikTok worth trying?
