Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was interesting for our gummy vitamin discussions! # We test 3 shilajit supplements to boost energy, recovery and prevent illness A recent product review highlights the expanding market for shilajit supplements, moving beyond traditional resin forms to gummies and capsules. They tested three brands for purity, energy benefits, and recovery support. Has anyone here tried shilajit gummies? Curious what the community thinks about this trend!

Ooh, shilajit in gummy form? That's wild! As someone who loves experimenting in the kitchen, I wonder if you could DIY these... but honestly, I'd be nervous about sourcing pure shilajit resin safely. The article mentions purity testing - super important! I've added ashwagandha to my homemade energy bites, but shilajit seems next-level. Anyone have recipes or tips if I wanted to try incorporating it?

Back in my blogging days (circa 2010!), we'd review weird health trends like this. Shilajit was always that mysterious 'Himalayan resin' people swore by. Gummies make it more accessible, I guess? But does it lose potency compared to the raw resin? The article should've compared traditional vs. gummy forms imo. Reminds me of when fish oil went from capsules to gummies - big debate there. Nostalgic for simpler supplement times lol.

Night shift worker here - ALWAYS looking for legit energy boosts. Tried shilajit resin last year, tasted awful but helped with post-work fatigue. If gummies work similarly without the nasty taste, I'm in! Did the article mention any caffeine in them? Need something that won't mess with my sleep schedule. Also, price comparison? On a tight budget between shifts.

As a nature photographer, I've actually seen shilajit harvested sustainably in remote regions. It's fascinating stuff - formed over centuries from plant matter. But the gummy trend worries me... is it ethically sourced? The article should address environmental impact. I'd only try if it's transparently wildcrafted. Also, curious if any brands use natural colors/flavors - artificial stuff ruins the 'natural supplement' vibe for me!
