Hey folks, I bought a bottle of shilajit gummies about a month ago. Left them in my car for a couple days (yeah, I know, bad move). Now they're all stuck together and some have a white chalky coating. They look kinda hard too. Are they still safe to eat? Don't wanna waste $30 but also don't wanna get sick. Thanks!

Bro, white coating is usually just sugar bloom or fat bloom, happens with temp changes. Not mold. If they smell funky or have fuzzy spots, toss 'em. Otherwise, they're probably fine. I've eaten worse. But I'm not a doctor, so... ya know. Also, why leave gummies in the car? Rookie mistake lol.

Texture is everything for me. If they got hard and sticky, the taste is gonna be off. I'd say try one – if it tastes like chemicals or just weird, spit it out. But honestly, for shilajit gummies, they might already taste earthy. So hard to tell. Maybe call the company? They might send a replacement if you complain about melting.

I travel a lot and my gummies always melt in hot countries. I just put them in the fridge and they firm up. Never had a problem. But if they changed color to like green or black, that's a no-go. White bloom is normal. Just my two cents. Also, shilajit is supposed to be good for energy, right? Does it actually work for you guys?

Thanks for the replies! They don't smell bad, just look weird. I'll try one and see. If I don't reply in 24 hours, call 911 lol. Kidding. But yeah, learned my lesson about leaving them in the car. And RhinoRich, I think they help a bit with focus, but could be placebo. Who knows.
