Hey everyone, I've been using these melatonin sleep gummies for a few weeks now to help with my insomnia. They work pretty well, but I'm wondering if it's safe to take them with my morning coffee? Sometimes I have trouble waking up and need that caffeine boost, but I don't want to mess with the gummies' effectiveness. Anyone tried this combo?

Oh man, this takes me back to my college days when I'd mix anything and everything trying to optimize my schedule! From personal experience (not medical advice!), caffeine and melatonin kinda work against each other. Melatonin tells your body it's bedtime, caffeine says 'WAKE UP!' I used to take melatonin gummies at night and save coffee for mornings - spacing them out by 8-10 hours worked best for me. But everyone's chemistry is different!

As a granola parent who values natural rhythms, I'd suggest listening to your body first. Coffee is acidic and might affect how the gummies are absorbed. Have you tried herbal tea instead? Chamomile or lavender could help with that morning grogginess without conflicting with the melatonin. Also, check the gummy ingredients - some have magnesium or L-theanine that might interact differently with caffeine.
