As a mom, I'm super skeptical about these celebrity-endorsed supplements. My kids see Martha Stewart on TV and think everything she makes is perfect, but who knows what's really in these gummies? Are they third-party tested? What's the CBD source? I'd rather stick to my chamomile tea - at least I know exactly what's in my cup.

Fascinating! The bioavailability of CBD in gummy form is actually quite good due to the fat-soluble nature of cannabinoids. However, the dosage matters - most commercial CBD products are underdosed for real sleep benefits. I'd need to see the lab reports and exact mg per serving. Also, what other ingredients? Melatonin? L-theanine? The formulation is everything for sleep optimization.

lol Martha Stewart making gummies? I make my own sleep gummies with CBD isolate from a reputable supplier. Way cheaper and I control the ingredients. Used gelatin, honey, and lemon juice in my last batch. If anyone wants the recipe, I can share. Celebrity brands always mark up prices 300% for the name.

Interesting timing! I've been experimenting with CBD during my eating window to see if it affects sleep quality during fasting periods. Haven't tried gummies specifically though - usually use tincture. Would be curious about the sugar content in these since I'm strict about my fasting schedule. Anyone know if they use artificial sweeteners?
