Hey everyone, just saw this article about Martha Stewart launching her own CBD sleep gummies. Here's the link: [article link]. Summary: Martha Stewart, the lifestyle icon synonymous with domestic perfection, has extended her brand into the wellness arena with the launch of her Martha Stewart Sleep CBD Gummies. What do you all think? Has anyone tried these or similar products? I'm curious if they actually work or if it's just another celebrity cash grab.

lol Martha Stewart selling gummies? That's wild. As a paleo dieter, I'm always skeptical of processed supplements. Are these made with natural ingredients or full of artificial stuff? I'd rather stick to my chamomile tea and magnesium supplements for sleep - way more in line with our ancestral diet. But hey, if they work for some people...

Interesting! As someone who's into optimizing everything (Crossfit 5x/week!), I've tried various sleep aids. CBD can be hit or miss - depends on the quality and dosage. What's the CBD content per gummy? Any third-party testing? I'd want to see lab results before trying. My current stack: magnesium glycinate, apigenin, and the occasional melatonin when I really need to crash after a heavy lifting session.

Retired nurse here. I've seen patients try all sorts of sleep remedies. CBD does show promise for some people with anxiety-related sleep issues, but it's not a magic bullet. Important questions: What's the THC content (should be under 0.3% for legal hemp products)? Any drug interactions listed? And the sugar content - gummies often have quite a bit. At my age, I'm more concerned about blood sugar than celebrity endorsements!

Great points everyone! Tina - the article says they use natural flavors but doesn't give full ingredient list. Noah - it says 25mg CBD per gummy, but no mention of third-party testing. Nina - you raise good medical points I hadn't considered. Maybe I'll wait for some real user reviews before trying. Thanks for the insights!
