Hey everyone, just saw this article about Martha Stewart launching her own CBD sleep gummies. Here's the link: [article link]. Summary: Martha Stewart, the lifestyle icon synonymous with domestic perfection, has extended her brand into the wellness arena with the launch of her Martha Stewart Sleep C... What do you all think? Has anyone tried these or similar products? I've been struggling with sleep lately and curious if these might help.

lol Martha Stewart selling sleep gummies? That's wild! I mean, if anyone knows how to make things perfect, it's her right? I haven't tried these specifically but I've used some other CBD gummies after long weekend hikes when I'm sore and can't sleep. They kinda work? Like, I feel more relaxed but not sure if it's placebo or what. Might give these a shot if they're not too pricey.

Interesting development. The science behind CBD for sleep is still emerging, but some studies suggest it may help with anxiety and sleep quality by interacting with the endocannabinoid system. However, dosage and purity are critical factors. I'd want to see third-party lab results for these gummies - Martha Stewart's brand doesn't automatically mean scientific rigor. Also, what's the CBD concentration per gummy? Is it full-spectrum or isolate? These details matter more than celebrity endorsement.

Sleep is crucial for recovery, especially after intense workouts. I haven't tried Martha's gummies, but I've experimented with various sleep aids. CBD can help some people, but it's not magic. Make sure you're also practicing good sleep hygiene - dark room, consistent schedule, no screens before bed. If you do try these, start with a low dose and see how your body reacts. And check if they contain melatonin too - sometimes these combos can make you groggy in the morning.
