Interesting! I've been following the research on CBD for sleep. The key is the dosage and quality of CBD extract. Many products don't disclose the exact mg per gummy or the source. If Martha's brand provides third-party lab results and uses broad-spectrum CBD (no THC), it could be legit. But celebs jumping on the wellness bandwagon often means marketing over science. Check the COA (Certificate of Analysis) before buying!

Ugh, another celebrity cash grab? I checked the ingredients online (not from the article) and they might contain gelatin, which is NOT vegan. If you're plant-based like me, look for alternatives with pectin instead. Also, CBD is often derived from hemp, which is vegan, but the gummy base matters. Has anyone confirmed if these are vegan-friendly? I'd rather support small ethical brands.

Ooh, I love DIYing my own sleep aids! Instead of buying these, I make gummies with CBD oil, chamomile tea, and a bit of melatonin. It's cheaper and you control what goes in. Martha's version might be convenient, but homemade lets you tweak flavors and potency. Plus, it's fun! If anyone wants the recipe, I can share. But hey, if her gummies work for people, that's cool too—just not my jam.

LOL, Martha Stewart making gummies? I bet they taste fancy! If they're anything like her other products, probably delicious. But seriously, taste matters if you're taking these nightly. Some CBD gummies are bitter or have a weird aftertaste. I'd try a sample first. Anyone know the flavor profile? If they're fruit-forward and not too chewy, I'm in. Otherwise, I'll stick to my tasty melatonin gummies from the local health store.
