Hey everyone! So I've been taking these gummy softgels for about 3 weeks now, mainly to help me wind down after my weekend hikes and get better sleep. But here's the weird thing – I'm sleeping fine, but my skin has never looked better! Like, I used to get random breakouts after sweating on trails, but now my face is clear and glowing. Has anyone else experienced something totally different from what they expected with softgels?

lol Paula that's wild! I actually started taking softgels to try and cut back on my 5-cups-a-day coffee habit (yeah, I know...). Was hoping they'd help with energy crashes. Didn't really fix that, BUT my stress levels are way down. Like, I don't snap at my coworkers as much? Maybe there's something in the formulation that just... balances you out? What brand are you using?

Interesting. My granddaughter convinced me to try softgels for joint support – these old knees aren't what they used to be. I haven't noticed much difference there yet, but I have been sleeping more soundly. My wife says I don't snore as much either. Are these things supposed to have such broad effects? Should I be concerned about interactions with my blood pressure medication?

Bro same!! I got the store brand softgels because they were BOGO, just wanted something cheap for focus during finals. My grades are still meh but my skin cleared up too?? And I'm way less anxious about my student loans somehow. Maybe it's placebo but I'll take it. Anyone know if the expensive brands work better or is it all the same stuff?
