THREAD: Can I mix Super Green Gummies with my morning coffee? Safety & effectiveness?Started by OP

Hey everyone, new here! I've been taking Super Green Gummies for about a week now and love the energy boost. Usually I take them with my morning coffee - just pop a gummy and sip my brew. But my friend mentioned something about supplements interacting poorly with caffeine. Is this combo safe? Does it make the gummies less effective? Thanks!

First off, check if your gummies are sugar-free! Many green gummies are loaded with hidden sugars that counteract the health benefits. As for coffee - caffeine can interfere with nutrient absorption, especially B vitamins and iron which are often in green blends. I'd space them out by 30 mins. Personally, I take my sugar-free gummies with water only.

lol Pete always with the sugar police! Honestly, the coffee+gummy combo tastes fine to me - masks any earthy aftertaste. Effectiveness-wise, I've done it for months and still feel great. But I'm more about enjoyment than optimization. Maybe try with cold brew? Less acidic so might be gentler on the vitamins.

If those gummies have any carbs/sugars, you're breaking keto! Coffee's fine if black. But combining supplements can spike insulin if timed wrong. Check the label for maltitol or other sweeteners - those are worse than sugar for keto. I'd fast first, then coffee, then gummy 2hrs later if you must.

From a holistic view, coffee's acidic nature disrupts alkaline balance that green supplements try to create. The synergy matters! Try warm lemon water instead to activate the nutrients. Also, listen to your body - any jitters or stomach issues? That's your answer. Everything in harmony ✨
