THREAD: Mixing Super Green Gummies with coffee - safe combo or bad idea?Started by MindfulMila564

Hey everyone, busy pro here trying to optimize my morning routine. I take Super Green Gummies daily for that extra nutrient boost, but I'm wondering if it's okay to take them with my morning coffee? Sometimes I pop a gummy right before my latte. Any issues with absorption or side effects? Thanks!

Mila, fellow busy bee here - I've been doing exactly that for months! Super Green Gummies with my espresso shot every morning. No weird reactions for me, and I feel like the caffeine helps me actually remember to take them lol. But I'm no expert, just sharing my experience.

Ooh interesting q! I track everything with my health apps and smart bottle. From what I've seen in my data, taking supplements with coffee might affect absorption rates. The tannins in coffee could potentially interfere? But with gummies specifically, not sure. Maybe take them 30min apart? I use a reminder app to space mine out.

Med student here - good question! Caffeine can sometimes affect nutrient absorption, particularly iron and calcium. Super Green Gummies usually contain things like spirulina, chlorella, etc. While not dangerous, optimal absorption might be better on an empty stomach or with water. Check the label for specific interactions. Personally, I'd space them out by 1-2 hours from coffee for max benefit!
