THREAD: Super Green Gummies - Unexpected benefits?Started by RhinoRich254

Hey all, so I started taking Super Green Gummies about a month ago hoping they'd help with my sleep since I'm always on the move as a digital nomad and jet lag is a killer. Honestly, not sure if my sleep improved much (maybe a bit?), but weirdly my skin has cleared up like crazy! I used to get random breakouts from stress and travel, but now it's way smoother. Anyone else notice something totally different than what they expected?

Interesting, RhinoRich254. As a grandparent, I'm always cautious about supplements, but my wife and I tried these for joint support. We didn't see much change there, but I have to say, we both feel less stressed overall. Maybe it's the adaptogens? I'd recommend checking with a doctor though, especially if you're on other meds. Safety first!

omg yes!! I'm a fitness trainer and started these for energy boosts during workouts. Energy's fine, but my recovery time has improved dramatically AND my nails are stronger? Like, random but awesome. Maybe the collagen or vitamins in there are doing extra work. Keep it up if it's working for you!

As a fellow grandparent, I appreciate MountainMike309's caution. I took these for digestive health, and while that's better, I've noticed my mood is more stable—less anxiety. It could be the holistic blend supporting overall wellness. Always listen to your body and maybe journal the effects. Thanks for sharing, everyone!
