Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was super relevant to our gummy vitamin chats! # Are you taking supplements correctly? Hereβs a guide on their dosage limits
A recent report highlights a critical, yet often overlooked, aspect of the booming supplement industry: the importance of proper dosage. It talks about how easy it is to overdo it with supplements, especially with tasty gummies. What do you all think? Are we being careful enough with our Vitamin C gummies?

OMG this is SO important! As a wellness influencer, I see so many people just popping gummies like candy without checking labels. For Vitamin C gummies, the upper limit is around 2000mg/day for adults, but many brands pack 500mg per gummy! I always tell my followers: read the serving size, and don't double-dose just because they taste good. Also, consider if you're getting C from food too - oranges, bell peppers, etc. Balance is key! π«

lol i'm probably guilty of this... i take my vit c gummies in the morning but sometimes i'll grab an extra one after a workout cuz i figure it helps recovery. they're just so chewy and orange-flavored! but yeah this article makes sense. maybe i should stick to the 2 per day my bottle says. anyone else kinda snack on them?

As a fitness pro, I can't stress this enough: more isn't always better. Excess Vitamin C gets excreted, but it can cause stomach upset or kidney stones in high doses long-term. I recommend clients track their total intake - including gummies, powders, and food. For most active adults, 500-1000mg daily is plenty for immune support and collagen synthesis. Choose a reputable brand with clear dosing info. Stay safe, folks!

Exactly @VitalVince910! And @AlphaAdam409, maybe try timing your gummies - one with breakfast, one post-workout, but no extras. Or switch to a lower-dose brand if you want more frequent chews. I love the ones with rosehip for extra bioflavonoids! Let's all be mindful gummy lovers π
