Hey everyone, need some advice on Vitamin C gummies! I've been taking the orange flavor ones for months and they're amazing - sweet but not too fake tasting. But I tried the cherry ones last week and they taste like medicine, ugh. What's the consensus on the best flavor? I'm buying more soon and don't want to waste money on another bad batch. Thanks!

OP, you're so right about cherry - it's the worst! The artificial sweeteners they use in most cherry flavors can interfere with nutrient absorption anyway. I've tested ALL the major brands (for science!). My top recs: 1) Citrus blend (orange+lemon) from Nature's Way - has bioflavonoids for better C uptake! 2) Tropical mix if you want variety. Avoid anything with 'natural cherry flavor' - that's code for yuck. Also check the sugar content, some brands go overboard!

Don't have time to experiment like GummyGuru lol. I grab whatever's at Costco. Currently have mixed berry - decent taste, gets the job done. Pro tip: take them with your morning coffee, masks any weird flavors. If you liked orange, stick with citrus flavors. Less risk.

omg I feel you on the cherry hate! Tasted like cough syrup. I switched to lemon-ginger ones last month and they're actually refreshing? Like a little zing with my 3pm espresso shot. Some brands have 'immunity blends' with elderberry too - those are usually berry flavors that aren't too sweet. Maybe try a sample pack before committing?
