Hey everyone, just saw this article and thought it was super relevant for our vitamin D gummy discussions! # Are you taking supplements correctly? Here’s a guide on their dosage limits
A recent report highlights a crucial, yet often overlooked, aspect of the booming supplement industry: the importance of proper dosage limits, especially with fat-soluble vitamins like D. It mentions how easy it is to overdo it with gummies since they taste so good. What do you all think? Are we being careful enough with our vitamin D intake?

omg this is so true! I literally have to stop myself from eating more than the recommended 2 gummies a day because they taste like candy 😅 I take the orange-flavored ones from that brand with natural colors, and sometimes I'm like 'just one more won't hurt' but then I remember they're not skittles lol. The article's point about fat-soluble vitamins building up in your system is kinda scary though. Anyone else struggle with the temptation?

As someone who trains hard on weekends, I've been taking 5000 IU vitamin D gummies daily for muscle recovery and immunity. This article makes me wonder if I should cut back? I don't really track other sources like fortified foods. The convenience of gummies is unbeatable for my routine, but maybe I need to be more precise. What's the upper limit mentioned in the article? Don't want to mess up my gains with toxicity issues.

Busy pro here - I rely on vitamin D gummies because I'm indoors all day in meetings. Honestly, I just take the dose on the bottle (usually 2000 IU) and don't think much about it. This article is a good reminder to check with my doc next physical. The 'set it and forget it' approach might not be ideal if levels can accumulate. Do any of you get blood tests to monitor your D levels? Might be worth discussing.
