THREAD: Mixing OLLY Sleep Gummies with other stuff - safe or nah?Started by OP

Hey everyone, just got the OLLY Sleep Gummies (the blackberry ones with melatonin, L-theanine, etc.). I usually take one before bed, but sometimes I have a late coffee in the afternoon. Is it okay to combine these? Like, coffee at 4 PM and the gummy at 10 PM? Don't wanna mess up my sleep or feel weird. Thanks!

OP, I've tried those gummies! The blackberry flavor is actually decent—not too artificial, with a hint of tartness. As for coffee, timing matters. I once had an espresso after 6 PM and took a gummy later... let's just say I was staring at the ceiling all night. Maybe skip the late coffee if you're using sleep aids? The chamomile in the gummy might clash with caffeine jitters.

LOL, I track my sleep with a smartwatch, and mixing stimulants with melatonin is a no-go for data accuracy! From my logs, even afternoon coffee can disrupt sleep cycles. The OLLY gummy has 3mg melatonin—adding caffeine might cancel it out. Maybe try a caffeine-free tea instead? Tech says: keep it separate for optimal results.

Bro, I take these gummies post-workout sometimes to wind down. But coffee? Nah, caffeine stays in your system for hours. If you're hitting the gym late, maybe skip both and just hydrate. The L-theanine in the gummy is supposed to help with relaxation, but mixing with stimulants defeats the purpose. Stick to one or the other, IMO.

Ugh, those gummies have sugar though—check the label! If you're combining with coffee, watch the added sugars from creamers too. For safety, maybe try a sugar-free alternative or just herbal tea. Melatonin and caffeine together might not be harmful, but it's ineffective for sleep. Keep it simple and sugar-conscious!
