THREAD: Mixing OLLY Sleep Gummies with other stuff - safe or nah?Started by OP

Hey guys, just got the OLLY Sleep gummies (the blackberry ones with melatonin, L-theanine, etc). I usually take one before bed but sometimes I have an energy drink in the afternoon if I'm dragging. Is it okay to combine these? Like, not at the same time obviously, but same day? Don't wanna mess up my sleep or have a weird reaction.

lol i feel you on the energy drink struggle. those OLLY gummies actually taste pretty decent for a supplement - like a legit blackberry candy. but mixing with caffeine? i tried having coffee like 6 hours before taking one and still tossed all night. maybe my system's sensitive, but i'd space it out more or skip the caffeine if you're planning to use the gummy that night. not worth the jitters!

As a mom, I'm very cautious about supplements. The OLLY Sleep has chamomile and lemon balm, which are gentle, but melatonin can interact. I wouldn't combine it with any other sleep aids or even valerian root tea without talking to a doctor. For my kids (and myself), I keep it simple—one gummy, no other supplements that day. Better safe than sorry, especially with little ones watching our habits!

I've experimented with this! Took the OLLY gummy and also my homemade magnesium glycinate powder same night. Slept like a rock, no issues. But everyone's chemistry differs. If you're DIY-ing, start low and slow. Maybe skip the energy drink after noon if taking the gummy at 9 PM? Track it in a journal for a week. Personally, I think the L-theanine in the gummy might even help balance caffeine earlier, but no hard data—just my tinkering.
