THREAD: Weird side effect from OLLY Undeniable Beauty gummies? Anyone else?Started by OP

Hey everyone, I've been taking the OLLY Undeniable Beauty gummies for about two weeks now (the grapefruit ones). I'm loving how my nails feel stronger, but I've noticed something kinda strange - my dreams have been SUPER vivid and intense lately. Like, full-on movie-level dreams every night. It's not bad or scary, just... really noticeable. Has anyone else experienced this with these gummies? Is it the biotin or something? Just curious if I'm the only one!

LOL, OP, that's wild! I haven't tried these specific gummies (I'm more of a collagen powder guy for my keto lifestyle), but I've heard biotin can do weird things to some people. Maybe your body's just adjusting? I'd say keep an eye on it - if it's just vivid dreams and not affecting your sleep quality, probably harmless. But if you start sleepwalking or something, maybe check with a doc. Are you taking them with food or on an empty stomach? That might make a difference.

Interesting! I've been taking these for my hair (all that hiking and sun exposure can be rough), and I haven't had vivid dreams, but I did notice my urine is brighter yellow - probably the vitamin C and B vitamins flushing through. Nature's way of showing it's working, I guess! As long as you're staying hydrated, it should be fine. The grapefruit flavor is nice, though I wish the packaging was more eco-friendly - so much plastic for 60 gummies.

Oh wow, my daughter (she's 12) and I both take these! We haven't had vivid dreams, but I did notice a slight change in taste buds after the first week - things tasted a bit sweeter? It went away though. Maybe it's the keratin or biotin interacting with your system? I always check the ingredients - these are pretty clean compared to others, but everyone's body reacts differently. If it's not causing harm, I'd say stick with it for the full 30 days and see if it levels out. My kid's nails have never been better!

Hi OP! As a yoga instructor, I'm big on listening to your body. Vivid dreams can sometimes be linked to supplements affecting your nervous system or sleep cycles. The biotin and vitamins might be boosting your overall wellness in unexpected ways. Maybe try taking them in the morning instead of at night? And pair it with some evening meditation to ground yourself before bed. I've been using these gummies for skin glow during my early morning classes, and no dream issues here - but bodies are unique! Sending calm vibes your way.
